近日，山东省种子有限公司与烟台农科院达成小麦种全面合作协议。烟台农科院将其已申请的小麦保护品种授权山东省种子有限公司在小麦良种补贴项目中进行运作，小麦良种补贴项目结束后，又将小麦品种烟2415授权给山东省种子有限公司在山东省范围内独家生产、开发（威海、青岛除外）。
