2007年12月18日，山东省种子总公司种子进出口工作会议在青岛召开，会议全面总结2007年度的种子进出口工作，部署了2008年工作和任务。山东省种子总公司进出口分公司经理李艳同志主持会议，全体驻青职工参加了会议。在中国海洋大学攻读管理学博士学位的山东省种子总公司总经理邵长勇同志出席会议并作了重要讲话。
