2007年1月22日，孟加拉国Sultam Mahmud 一行农业考察团来山东省种子总公司洽谈种子合作，双方达成了多项合作意向。山东省种子总公司副总经理梁凤臣同志，副总经理李平路同志，青岛进出口分公司经理李艳同志参加了洽谈。 23日，粮油种子公司业务经理王兴革同志、蔬菜种子公司业务经理陈华杰同志陪同参观了公司种子加工厂，农业专家们高度评价了公司种子加工流水线加工出来的优质种子。
