2005年11月12日，经过七天的长途跋涉，“山东省种子总公司2005（上海）亚太地区种子协会年会（APSA）”参会代表团胜利凯旋。　　本次大会山东省种子总公司组织了强大的阵容，与日本、韩国、印度、巴基斯坦、荷兰、委内瑞拉、南非、英国、瑞士、意大利、加拿大、中国台湾、中国香港等十几个国家和地区的种子公司、种子包衣剂、种子加工机械等企业进行了深入交流，并在原有业务合作关系的基础上，又进一步建立和发展了合作关系。　　通过这次会议，必将促进山东省种子总公司与中外种业界建立更多的商业合作伙伴，为山东种业的发展和贸易带来新的机遇。
